Owner/Physical Therapist & Athletic Trainer

As a physical therapist and athletic trainer I have been able to blend rehabilitation and return to play with a variety of athletes throughout my career. Originally born and raised in Colorado, I went to Fort Collins High School and earned my undergraduate degree at University of Northern Colorado. I ran track through college and have always had a love for adventure and sports. I pursued a dual degree at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia where I earned my Masters in Athletic Training and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have worked with college football at University of Arizona; high school, college, and professional athletes with EXOS; and professional rugby with San Diego Legion. Throughout my career I have learned from top experts in the field of sports medicine and work with incredible individuals both on and off the field. I returned home in 2020 with the opportunity to open my own clinic and help the active community of northern Colorado. I have a passion for working with athletes and active individuals who have a passion for sport and life.

"Throughout the many injuries that I have sustained, Ashley has done a great job of helping me recover over the past two years. Ashley has been able to successfully rehabilitate me through both ligament and skeletal injuries. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is extremely skilled. She truly cares about the well-being of her patients. Under her care, you will not be disappointed. "
